2. Payments

3. Revisions

We offer a limited number of revisions (as stated on each service page). Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Revisions do not include major reworks outside the original project scope.

4. Delivery

Turnaround times vary depending on project size. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Final files will be sent electronically upon completion.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the digital and creative nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has started. Please review our samples or request a consultation before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original content. Upon full payment, you receive full usage rights to the final delivered files. We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
